Lazy run through with bags of indeterminate weight. Last heavy session before America's Strongest Man next weekend. Oooooooowie!

Reincorporating push presses after giving my knees a break this last month. 305 x 8 for an ASM qualifier baseline.

I dont think I've pulled a working set touch-and-go since I was 19. Spaghetti bar, figure 8s and a reckless bounce. Good to know I can still cheat with the best of them.
